Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Electrical with a strong background in battery controllers, motors, CAN tools, and ECU development . The candidate will lead R&D projects for new product development in the electric mobility domain. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end R&D projects for new product development in electric mobility. Oversee battery management systems (BMS) , motor controllers , and related electrical components. Work extensively with CANoe and CANalyzer tools for testing and validation. Collaborate with the ECU team for design, development, and troubleshooting. Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, testing, and manufacturing. Ensure projects meet performance, cost, and delivery targets. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in EV systems. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Automotive Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in R&D and project management in the EV or automotive industry. Strong knowledge of battery controllers, motor controllers, and ECU systems . (Must) Proficiency in CANoe and CANalyzer tools. (Must) Experience with ECU calibration, testing, and validation . As an Electrical Technician at our company, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in Automated Mobile Robots (AMR) and Battery Operated Pallet Trucks (BOPT). Your responsibilities will include performing installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and electronic components in Material Handling Equipment, diagnosing and fixing electrical faults in PLCs, motor controllers, sensors, wiring, and battery management systems, as well as reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. You will also be expected to conduct on-site visits for electrical troubleshooting of MHE machines, have experience in making electrical harnesses and circuits, and possess expertise in creating electrical circuits for new products and prototypes. Additionally, hands-on experience in circuit testing on electrical system benches will be essential. To qualify for this role, you should hold a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, along with proven experience in troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems in industrial automation, material handling, or related fields. Hands-on experience with PLCs, sensors, motor controllers, and battery-operated equipment is required, and familiarity with industrial networking and communication protocols such as CAN, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, etc., will be beneficial. A strong understanding of electrical safety regulations and best practices is essential, as well as the willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance calls when necessary.
