The Field Sales Executive position with our esteemed client company in the cancer genomics space offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals with 2-4 years of experience in Pharma Sales. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in building revenue and managing sales within the assigned business markets. Your primary focus will be on promoting and facilitating the adoption of the company's DNA-based diagnostic tests by Oncologists for prescription on a regular basis. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of cancer patients. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience in the Pharma, Diagnostic, or Healthcare segments. While prior experience in Oncology Speciality is not mandatory, this role provides a unique opportunity for individuals to transition into this specialized field. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales forecasting activities to achieve performance goals. - Educate and encourage Oncologists to utilize the company's tests for improved patient care. - Allocate yearly forecasts among sales territories and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual performance against set targets. Key Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in explaining complex scientific concepts to healthcare professionals. - Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities. - Self-driven and motivated to succeed in a competitive sales environment. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location involves being on the road to visit various hospitals and healthcare facilities within Gurugram / Delhi - NCR. The role does not involve team management and is focused on individual contribution to sales growth.
