We are currently looking for a Part-time Outdoor Trainer based in New Delhi. As an Outdoor Trainer, your primary responsibilities will include conducting outdoor training sessions, designing and executing training programs, leading participants in physical and team-building activities, and prioritizing the safety and well-being of all individuals involved. You will be tasked with preparing training materials, assessing the effectiveness of the programs, and offering constructive feedback to participants to facilitate their growth and development. The ideal candidate for this role should possess experience in organizing outdoor training sessions and physical activities, as well as knowledge of creating and implementing training programs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to engage and motivate participants effectively. A certification in first aid and proficiency in safety management are required qualifications. Previous experience in the education or training sectors would be advantageous for this position.,
