CORPORATE TRAINER

As an experienced Trainer joining our dynamic team, your responsibilities will include: - Conducting engaging and interactive training sessions for employees. - Developing and delivering training programs covering technical skills, soft skills, and domain-specific knowledge. - Designing and developing comprehensive training materials, manuals, and presentations. - Customizing training content based on the audience and organizational requirements. - Evaluating participants" performance during and after training sessions. - Providing constructive feedback and recommendations. - Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance metrics. - Working closely with department heads to identify training needs. - Partnering with HR and leadership teams to implement training strategies. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (mandatory). - Post-graduation in a related field (preferred). Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a finance institution.
