Your responsibilities will include designing user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms in the travel industry, creating engaging graphics for various purposes, collaborating with different teams to translate travel concepts into design, owning the visual storytelling of digital platforms, and ensuring brand consistency while pushing design boundaries. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in travel, lifestyle, or experience-based brands. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva is essential. An understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and an eye for visual storytelling are also required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must, along with the ability to work in fast-paced environments. Immediate availability to join the team is expected. Having bonus skills like motion/animation design, video editing, SEO-based design principles, experience with branding, travel itineraries, or booking platforms, and a personal travel blog or creative portfolio in the travel niche would be advantageous.
