We are seeking a talented and creative Animator with 1 year of experience to join our team. As an Animator, you will have a passion for storytelling through motion and a solid understanding of animation principles. Your responsibilities will include creating high-quality 2D/3D animations for videos, games, web, and/or mobile applications that align with project requirements, enhance user experiences, and support the brand's vision. You will collaborate with illustrators, designers, and other team members to develop animation concepts and translate storyboards, scripts, or concept briefs into engaging motion visuals. It is essential to ensure consistency in design and animation style across projects and revise animations based on feedback for timely delivery of assets. Staying updated on the latest animation trends, tools, and techniques is also crucial for this role. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and proven experience as an animator or in a similar role (portfolio/demo reel required). Strong knowledge of animation principles such as timing, spacing, squash and stretch, etc., and proficiency in animation software like Adobe After Effects, Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or similar tools are required. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, excellent attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, good communication, and time management skills are also necessary for success in this role. Preferred qualifications include experience with character rigging and 3D modeling, understanding of video editing and sound design, familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal), and experience in motion graphics or visual effects.
