As a Video Editor at Hot Fuego, LLC, located in Baner, Pune, your role is crucial in creating visually engaging and high-performing content for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms. You will be responsible for editing videos, reels, and shorts, staying updated with the latest trends, and collaborating with content and marketing teams to bring concepts to life. **Key Responsibilities:** - Edit high-quality videos, reels, and shorts for Instagram, YouTube, and brand campaigns. - Stay updated with the latest trends, transitions, and sound effects used by top creators and brands. - Work closely with the content and marketing teams to bring concepts to life from storyboard to final cut. - Add motion graphics, captions, sound design, and special effects to enhance storytelling. - Optimize video formats, resolution, and length for different platforms. - Collaborate with designers, photographers, and social media managers to ensure brand consistency. - Organize and manage raw footage, maintain version control, and meet tight deadlines. - Contribute fresh ideas for video campaigns and social-first storytelling. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Proven experience (1-3 years) in video editing for digital/social media. - Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. - Basic knowledge of color correction, grading, and sound mixing. - Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending formats. - Creativity with a good sense of pacing, rhythm, and transitions. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Passionate about new video trends, storytelling, and digital creativity. **Bonus Skills (Preferred):** - Experience in motion graphics / 2D animation. - Basic knowledge of 3D or visual effects (VFX). - Familiarity with social media analytics and performance metrics. - Experience working with lifestyle, fashion, or luxury brands.
