We are currently seeking a versatile Motion Graphics Designer Specialist with strong skills in motion graphics to bring ideas to life through design and animation. As part of the team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets across various channels such as marketing campaigns, social media, landing pages, and emails. Additionally, you will design animated explainers, UI/UX motion demos, and product walkthroughs to simplify complex ideas through motion graphics. Your role will also involve designing visually engaging pitch decks, investor presentations, and internal sales materials in alignment with the business goals, collaborating with product, marketing, and executive teams. In a fast-paced SaaS startup environment, you will be expected to manage multiple design requests and feedback loops efficiently. Qualifications: - 4-5 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics, preferably in a SaaS, tech, or B2B setting. - A diverse portfolio showcasing visual design, animation work, and presentation/pitch deck design. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Figma. - Experience in creating clean, modern pitch decks with visual clarity and strategic design thinking. - Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and motion principles. - Excellent communication and time management skills with a collaborative approach. Bonus Skills: - Familiarity with Lottie, Rive, or web animation tools for lightweight product motion. - Knowledge of video editing, transitions, and post-production polish. - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for smooth developer handoff. - Experience in designing for product-led growth (PLG) and SaaS funnels.
