Role Description

• The designer will be responsible for
• video production
• motion graphics
• graphic design
• and creating visual graphics as per project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualisation / Visualisation

  : Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, website banners, email newsletters, and other digital assets. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively convey the desired message.

• Team collaboration:

  Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audience. Translate marketing concepts into creative visuals that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Creative concepts with minimal design ideas - Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in digital marketing.

• Logo Designing / Social Media creative / 2D animation / Motion graphics / Video editing.

• Ideation / research oriented work that ensures strong visual and intuitive communication in execution.

Requirements

• Strong visual communication skills:

  Possess a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout. Demonstrate the ability to effectively convey ideas and messages through visual elements.
• Experience in Logo designing / Video editing / motion graphics / after effects / adobe photoshop / adobe illustrator / Animation.
• Should have an expertise in understanding of marketing through visual communication

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills:

  Exhibit a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box. Solve design challenges with innovative and engaging solutions.
• 0-3 years experience can apply.
• Experience in Managing content creation, design and execution for social media accounts is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
