Motion Graphics Designer

As a Motion Graphics Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating captivating animations and visuals that resonate with our brand identity and enhance the quality of our video content. Your responsibilities will include designing and animating motion graphics for various video formats such as Reels, YouTube intros/outros, and ads. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing dynamic text animations, transitions, and visual effects, collaborating with the video team to enhance storytelling through animation, and creating templates for consistent branding across our videos. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with knowledge of Premiere Pro considered a plus. A strong understanding of animation principles, composition, and timing is essential, along with previous experience in creating explainer videos, social media animations, and ad creatives. Attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to adhere to brand guidelines while being receptive to feedback and revisions are key traits we are looking for. Moreover, the capacity to manage multiple projects effectively and deliver high-quality work within set deadlines is crucial for success in this position.
