Motion Graphics Designer (Mid-Level)

EXPERIENCE REQUISITE

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in motion graphics / digital content creation
• Background in both digital + mainline media
• Should have contributed to recognized or award-worthy projects
• Prior experience in a creative/digital agency preferred
• Must be proficient in industry-standard tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D/Blender, etc.)
• AI familiarity is required � knowledge or willingness to adopt tools like Runway, Kaiber, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, Pika, etc.
• Multiple skillsets (2D/3D/Compositing/Editing) and variety of work preferred
  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphics projects
• Design and create engaging motion graphics for video deliverables across web, social, and mobile
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into workflow for style frames, pre-visualizations, and motion experiments
• Work with art directors, copywriters, and designers to understand scope and objectives
• Edit raw video footage and enhance with motion design and AI-driven effects/elements
• Assist in storyboarding (traditional + AI-generated previews)
• Research and apply new AI techniques to improve speed, quality, and creativity
• Ensure brand consistency across platforms and campaigns
• Work efficiently under deadlines, balancing manual craft with AI acceleration
• Maintain strong attention to detail and visual storytelling
  

QUALIFICATION

• Graduate or UGC-approved diploma in a creative/design fieldUGC-approved diploma in a creative/design field
• Certifications or training in motion design / AI-based creative tools preferred
