You are Vox360, a premier digital marketing agency based in Ahmedabad, India, specializing in comprehensive branding solutions, website design and development, social media management, SEO, 360 virtual tours, photography, and graphic design. Currently, you are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join your team. As a Motion Graphic Designer at Vox360, your role will involve conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality motion graphics and animations for various digital, social media, video, and multimedia projects. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams to bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling. **Responsibilities:** - Design and create engaging motion graphics for video content, advertisements, product demos, social media, and web. - Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand project objectives and develop animations that support messaging and branding goals. - Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. - Translate complex concepts into visual narratives through animation and motion. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and design techniques. - Maintain consistency in visual style and branding across all projects. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. - Optimize animations for various platforms and screen sizes. **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role. - Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video editing skills. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Knowledge of 2D animation; 3D animation (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus. - Basic knowledge of sound design and audio syncing. - Good understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and composition. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. - Degree/Diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred. **Preferred Skills (Optional):** - Experience with UI/UX animation for apps or websites. - Knowledge of HTML5 animations or Lottie (Bodymovin) is a plus. - Familiarity with video marketing trends and social media formats.
