Requirements

-Bachelors degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).

24 years of experience in motion design, preferably in a digital/creative agency or in-house creative team.

-Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator. (Bonus: Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D tools.)

-Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design work across digital platforms.

-Good understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

-Ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate quickly.

Preferred Skills

-Experience with 3D animation, Lottie animations, or AR filters.

-Understanding of social media trends and video-first content formats.

-Basic video editing and color grading skills.

-Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for UI animations.
