You will be expected to stay updated with motion design principles, conduct research to understand client requirements and user psychology, and deliver pixel-perfect designs within set timelines. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly After Effects, and experience in using Lottie for creating end-deliverables for frontend developers. Basic knowledge of Figma would be a bonus. A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field is required, along with 2-3 years of proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer focusing on UI/UX design elements.
