What Youll Be Doing: Create Magic in Motion Design and animate short-form videos, GIFs, and motion graphics for ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, and beyond, Turn Briefs into Clicks Collaborate with our marketing team to transform ideas into visuals that drive CTRs and conversions, Level Up Static Assets Add animations, transitions, and effects to breathe life into static concepts, Keep it Fresh, Keep it Branded Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with innovative visual ideas, Master Multiple Formats Adapt creatives for 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, and other platform-specific ratios, Stay Ahead of the Game Keep tabs on the latest motion design trends, digital ads, and gaming culture, What Were Looking For : 13 years of motion graphics experience (marketing or agency background = bonus XP) Pro skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (Figma or 3D tools = extra credit) A strong portfolio showcasing short-form ad creatives or social media animations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quick-iteration environment A genuine interest in gaming or gaming culture (well be testing your knowledge ????)
