Motion Graphic Designer

Crux Design Studio is a leading design firm dedicated to providing innovative solutions that meet user needs while aligning with business objectives. We are currently seeking a talented and imaginative Visual Designer with up to 1 year of experience to join our creative team in Hyderabad. As a Visual Designer at our studio, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's visual identity across various digital and print mediums. Responsibilities: - Assist in creating short animations, explainer videos, and social media graphics using After Effects and related tools. - Work with green screen/blue screen footage for keying, compositing, and background replacement. - Support the design team with basic motion graphics, text animations, and transitions. - Collaborate with senior designers to execute concepts into engaging visual content. - Maintain and evolve the Crux visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels. - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to design compelling visuals for campaigns and presentations. - Support in executing new ideas through expertly composed visual designs. - Assist in rebranding and design strategy projects as we grow. - Translate abstract ideas into clear, attractive visuals that communicate effectively. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic design, multimedia, visual art, or related field is preferred (Pursuing). - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus. - Strong creativity, conceptual thinking, and attention to detail. - Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design. - Strong portfolio showcasing design skills. (Note: Salary for this position is Rs.20,000 per month. Candidates with above 2 years of experience will not be considered for this role.),
