Motion Graphic Designer

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for design and animation We are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer to bring ideas to life through engaging motion graphics, explainer videos, and multimedia content that captivate audiences across digital platforms. You will conceptualize, design, and deliver eye-catching animations, ads & video content for websites, social media, campaigns, and presentations. Collaborating with creative, marketing & video teams to transform concepts into impactful visual storytelling is also a key responsibility. Additionally, you will develop storyboards, style frames, and animation concepts, animate characters, typography, logos, and graphic assets, as well as edit raw video footage, add effects & enhance visuals with modern motion design trends. To excel in this role, you should stay ahead of design innovations, software, and animation techniques, manage multiple projects efficiently while ensuring top-quality outputs, and collaborate with illustrators, editors, and sound designers for the final product. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field, along with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics/animation (digital marketing or agency background a plus). Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator are required, with a bonus for knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya. A deep understanding of motion design principles, timing, pacing & storytelling, as well as knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios & delivery platforms, is essential. A creative mindset with attention to detail, ability to work independently & thrive in collaboration is highly valued, with a bonus for knowledge of sound design & audio editing. This is a full-time role based in Ujjain / Indore, and candidates with 1+ year of experience in Motion Graphics are preferred.
