Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and design various visual content such as posters, banners, logos, brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns. - Develop motion graphics, explainer videos, and animations to enhance marketing and brand communication. - Edit and enhance video content by incorporating visual effects, transitions, and sound design elements. - Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and branding teams to ensure visual consistency across all materials. - Adapt and optimize creatives for different platforms including print, social media, and digital ads. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to infuse innovation into projects. Required Software Skills: - Adobe Photoshop: Image editing, retouching, and layout creation - Adobe Illustrator: Vector graphics and logo design - Adobe Premiere Pro: Video editing and sequencing - Adobe After Effects: Motion graphics and animation Qualifications: - Bachelors degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience or portfolio showcasing creative design and motion work. - Profound understanding of colour theory, composition, and typography. - Ability to manage multiple projects with precision, focusing on detail and meeting deadlines. - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
