Motion Designer/ Video Editor

Role Overview: As a Motion Designer/Video Editor at Hola Prime, you will be responsible for creating high-retention video ads using new age AI content workflows for platforms like Meta (Facebook + Instagram), YouTube Shorts, and more. Your role will involve blending visual storytelling, ensuring brand consistency, and implementing performance-driven thinking to engage the audience effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Design and edit high-converting Meta ads including static, GIFs, and short-form motion for performance campaigns. - Collaborate with the creative strategist and media buyers to transform briefs into retention-first ads. - Utilize AI tools to streamline and expedite the workflow. - Stay updated on performance creative trends, Meta/TikTok/YouTube updates, and mobile-first ad formats. - Maintain visual consistency and brand tone across campaigns, assets, and regions. - Deliver assets promptly, balancing speed and quality. Qualification Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in performance ad-design, preferably. - Possess a portfolio showcasing video ads focusing on ROI-driven creative. - Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other essential AI tools for modern content creation. - Strong sense of typography, layout, movement, rhythm, and storytelling. - Ability to translate complex product benefits into visually compelling narratives. - Attention to detail, self-management skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines. - Bonus: Experience in finance, trading, or global campaigns, familiarity with internet culture, cultural references, and global creative trends.
