Motion Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling through motion graphics and animation, and capable of transforming ideas into visually captivating content suited for digital campaigns, social media, ads, and brand assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, copywriters, and marketers to develop engaging visual narratives.
• Create compelling animations for social media ads, reels, explainer videos, product demos, brand films, and promotional campaigns.
• Edit and assemble raw video footage with visual effects, sound, and transitions to enhance final output.
• Develop storyboards, style frames, and mood boards to present visual concepts.
• Adapt and optimize animations for various formats including mobile, web, and paid media platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in motion design and digital content creation.
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and meet project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or similar role (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, and video editing work.
• Proficiency in software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other animation tools.
• Knowledge of 3D software like Blender or Cinema 4D is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in this field or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
