Motion Designer

Job Description: You will be joining Onething, a digital experience design studio that focuses on creating intuitive and human-first experiences for innovative brands. As a 3D & Motion Designer, your role will involve pushing the boundaries of storytelling through dynamic visuals, animations, and immersive 3D content. From UI animations to product films, you will use cutting-edge tools like AI to craft work that is fresh, bold, and future-forward. Key Responsibilities: - Design and animate high-quality 2D and 3D motion content for digital campaigns, product storytelling, brand films, and social platforms. - Develop cinematic product visualisations, interface animations, and immersive motion graphics. - Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and copywriters to translate creative ideas into motion narratives. - Work with industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D software like Blender, Cinema4D, and Maya. - Integrate AI-powered creative tools into workflows to enhance creativity and efficiency. - Experiment with various animation styles based on project requirements, such as minimal, dynamic, cinematic, or abstract. - Maintain brand consistency across motion deliverables while also being innovative when necessary. - Manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring creativity and quality are not compromised. Qualifications Required: - Attention to detail and organizational skills while handling multiple tasks. - 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, 3D design, and video editing. - Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Proficiency in at least one 3D software like Blender, Cinema4D, Maya, or Houdini; ability to model, texture, and animate is advantageous. - Strong understanding of animation principles, cinematography, lighting, and visual storytelling. - Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI design workflows using tools like Runway, Pika Labs, MidJourney, Sora, or Veo3.,
