Role & responsibilities Experience in the field of Industrial automation (PLC, drives, control systems, motion control), hands on experience of Installation & Commissioning. Knowledge and skills in Programming language - Structure text, C language, Ladder and function block would be a plus. Should have handled industries like OEMs, End users, and Consultants. Industry contacts in related industries are essential. Enable customers with technical and application information to utilize the products to their fullest capability and specification. Understand application requirements, customer requirements, and support channel team to complete the project on time. Support Local sales team and Channel team with application and Product related details Organize for periodic application and Product training wit the help of HO team. Support Sales to create strategic competitor analysis and plans to counter competitors activities with targeted accounts. Support sales to Develop and conduct potential and existing customer presentations to attract new business. Knowledge in fieldbuses like Modbus, CAN, Ethernet IP, EtherCAT ect. Preferred candidate profile Excellent knowledge in PLC, HMI, Motion controller Programing Deep understanding of servo drives and Motors Knowledge in General purpose VFDs. High level of expertise and knowledge in Projects Fundamentals (Communication, Analytical, Problem Solving, account management, Product/Application Enhancement), Customer Training and Documentation, and CRM. Strong communication / Presentation Skills Adequate knowledge on MSOffice, Additional Computer Skills.
