Job Openings Position: Senior Art Visualizer Location: Sec-14, Gurgaon Experience- 8 yrs View : We are looking for a Senior Art Visualizer/ Graphic Designer with a strong agency background to lead and inspire our creative team. This role demands not only high design aesthetics and attention to detail, but also the ability to think strategically and craft compelling visual narratives that align with brand objectives. You will be responsible for owning and delivering the visual expression of campaigns from concept to execution across digital, ATL, and BTL touchpoints. Skill & Qualification- Creative Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of junior designers, illustrators, and motion artists. Guide them to create visually compelling, brand-aligned campaigns. Strategic Visual Thinking: Collaborate closely with the strategy and brand teams to translate briefs into insightful, on-brand visual solutions Campaign Development: Spearhead the visual development of integrated campaigns from ideation and concept development to final execution. Team Alignment: Ensure the creative team is aligned with the project vision, timelines, and output expectations. Set the benchmark for quality and consistency. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with copywriters, marketing, digital, and product teams to bring ideas to life across mediums. Brand Stewardship: Maintain and elevate brand visual language and identity through all creative outputs. Planning & Process: Own planning for design deliverables, priorities creative resources, and uphold delivery timelines without compromising quality. Responsibilities: Bachelors degree in fine arts, Communication Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum 910 years of experience in a creative/advertising agency environment. Proven track record of leading and delivering high-impact campaigns across platforms (TV, digital, print, OOH, social). Strong command over tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience in motion/3D is a plus. Strong time and project management skills. A team-first attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Preferred agencies: VML, Schbang, McCain, Animal,NH1,Studio Fry, Dentsu, Ting etc.
