We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior CDP in Bakery & Pastry to be a part of our team at Bakers’ Club. As a Senior CDP, you will be responsible for managing kitchen production & the preparation and finishing of various baked goods, including breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, viennoiserie, snacks, and chocolates. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. (Sanjay Nagar, Hebbal) The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience with a passion to learn, explore, and contribute to the growth of the firm, and manage & groom all the junior staff. The candidate must have good English communication skills, handle all kind of orders, take care of recipes, standards, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen. The candidate must be technically proficient with all knowledge of ingredients, recipes, equipment, inventory & stock management, waste management, indenting & procurement, food costing, and crisis management. Must involve in R&D & introduction to new recipes and products, and maintain consistency and quality throughout.
