Job Brief: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Marketing Executive to join our team and help us amplify our voice and impact. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing and communication strategies that raise awareness of our mission, engage our community of supporters, and drive our fundraising efforts. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a genuine commitment to social change. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with the Foundation's objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in NGO marketing and fundraising. Content Creation & Storytelling: Create compelling and emotionally resonant content (stories, articles, photos, videos) that showcases the impact of our work. Develop content for various platforms including our website, blog, social media channels, newsletters, and annual reports. Draft press releases, articles, and other materials for media outreach. Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement, build our online community, and drive donations. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, and optimize strategies accordingly. Manage and update the content on the Foundation’s website to ensure it is current and engaging. Fundraising & Donor Communication: Support the planning and execution of online and offline fundraising campaigns. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture relationships with donors and supporters. Create marketing materials for fundraising events and appeals. Public Relations & Outreach: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media, influencers, and community partners. Help organize and promote awareness events, workshops, and community outreach programs. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Prepare regular reports on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and inform future strategies. Qualifications & Skills: Education: MBA in Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Min 2 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the non-profit sector. Demonstrable experience with content creation, event management, social media management, and digital marketing. Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong storytelling ability with a passion for social causes. Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including social media management platforms, email marketing software, and basic analytics. Familiarity with photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive and collaborative team player with a strong work ethic. Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools. Experience with fundraising platforms and CRM software. Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing. Completion of digital marketing certifications is a plus. Volunteer experience in NGOs or societies or social communities is a plus.
