Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a teacher in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
• Strong understanding of child development stages and early learning principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a positive, patient, and compassionate demeanor.
• Proficient in basic digital tools for record-keeping and classroom management.
