Sales & Client Relationship: Handle all client communications , track sales progress and follow up on leads proactively, record-keeping of payments received/pending. 2. Vendor & Inventory Management: Manage vendor communication, procurement, and cost negotiations, maintain up-to-date inventory of raw materials and packaging. 3. Daily Admin & Documentation: Maintain attendance logs, checklists, and internal team performance sheets; ensure accurate documentation for all sales, purchases, payments, and dispatches. 4. People Management: Supervise packaging and support staff; coordinate across departments for seamless day-to-day operations. 5. Order & Dispatch Handling: Oversee online & offline orders end-to-end and liaise with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries. Soft Expectations & Working Culture: High attention to detail and accuracy in all responsibilities Professional and polite communication across all touchpoints Strong sense of ownership, dependability, and proactivity Must thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities The role requires adaptability, multi-tasking, and collaboration across departments to ensure smooth operations and business growth Qualifications Can speak English and Tamil. Knowing other languages is a plus.
