The Regional Business Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships within the assigned region. They will oversee the sales team, develop strategic plans, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals. Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the region. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitors. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets. Coordinate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure regional alignment. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Existing business relationships with top dealers of North India Proven experience 5+ years in sales in HVAC (Air Conditioner Industry) Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights. Willingness to travel within the region.
