As a Sales Manager at our growing company, you will be responsible for supervising the entire sales operations of the Hotel. Your main duties will include managing organizational sales through the development of business plans, meeting set goals, and collaborating with the marketing department for lead generation activities. Your role will involve overseeing sales activities, tracking sales goals, and ensuring sales targets are met. In addition, you will be expected to motivate and educate the sales team, promote the organization and its products, and have a good understanding of our target customers and product offerings. The ideal candidate for this position is a smart and energetic individual with a Bachelor's degree in business or relevant experience in Hotel Sales. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively coordinating sales activities and interacting with team members and customers. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a business plan to manage organizational sales. - Set and achieve sales targets to drive revenue growth. - Track sales goals and provide necessary reports on performance. - Collaborate with the marketing department to generate leads. - Motivate and educate the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques. - Promote the organization's products and services to potential customers. - Understand the needs and preferences of our target customers. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or Hotel Sales (Rooms, Banquets). - Experience in developing and executing sales strategies. - Proficiency in customer relationship management. - Previous experience in managing and leading a sales team. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. - Ability to lead and work effectively with a team.
