Assemble and audit closing packages, coordinate with title companies and settlement agents. Conduct pre and post closing quality reviews to ensure loan files are complete and ready for delivery or servicing transfer. Assist with boarding loans into the servicing platform and monitor escrow, tax and insurance processing.
