We are seeking a visionary Fashion Marketing, Communications & PR Manager to shape the voice of the brand, drive strategic visibility, and cultivate meaningful connections with press, clients, and influencers across the fashion landscape. Role Overview As the Marketing, Communications & PR lead, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the brand’s marketing strategy, overseeing press and media relations, and amplifying the presence of Morshé Atelier across digital, editorial, and event platforms. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Strategy Create and execute strategic marketing campaigns for seasonal collections, launches, and special projects. Develop and maintain the annual content calendar in alignment with fashion weeks, collection drops, and brand moments. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and touchpoints. Public Relations & Communications Draft and distribute press releases, lookbooks, media kits, and collection notes. Build and nurture relationships with fashion editors, stylists, influencers, and high-profile clients. Pitch stories, coordinate interviews, and manage media placements for both prêt and couture lines. Digital & Social Media Oversee content creation and curation for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.). Collaborate with creative teams to ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand aesthetic. Track performance analytics and optimize digital engagement strategies. Events & Activations Manage guest lists, press outreach, and logistics for fashion shows, pop-ups, collection previews, and private appointments. Lead PR gifting campaigns, collaborations, and influencer activations. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field. 4+ years experience in luxury fashion marketing, PR, or communications. Existing relationships with fashion media and influencers is a strong asset. Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content strategy skills.
