The main purpose of this role is to provide support to existing customers and manage change requests. You will also be required to assist the onsite team with technical development, configuration, and support. Your responsibilities will include creating Technical Design Documents, designing and developing AX customizations, providing technical support for development, and offering end user training. Additionally, you will be involved in the User acceptance test team. Your knowledge areas should include Forms and Form Patterns, Enterprise Portal, Runbase Framework, Workflow Development and Enhancements, AIF, Application Kernel Classes, SSRS Reporting (All Data Source including RDP and Report Builder UI Classes), Odata, Financial Dimensions, Inventory Dimensions, Microsoft Azure, Life Cycle Services. Having Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations knowledge will be an added advantage. Essential skills for this role include X++, Morphx Development, Form Development, Runbase Implementation, Delegates and Event Handlers, Enterprise Portal Web part Development, SSAS OLAP Cube Report Development, SSRS Report Development using RDP Classes, SSRS Report Development using Report Builder UI Classes, Customizing Financial Dimension Classes, Deploy Custom Ports in AIF, Development and Consumption of AIF Services (Third Party Applications). Overall, your role will involve providing technical support, development, and configuration assistance to customers, as well as collaborating with the onsite team on various technical aspects.,
