Key Responsibilities: Sector - Real Estate - Promoters & Developers Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements. Account Reconciliation: Reconciling accounts, such as bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, to ensure accuracy. Tax Compliance: Preparing and filing tax returns, including GST, TDS, and TCS. Audit Support: Assisting with audits, both internal and external, by providing information and preparing documents. Budgeting and Forecasting: Participating in budgeting processes and preparing financial forecasts. Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in accounting processes and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency. Supervision and Training: Supervising junior accountants and providing training and guidance. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal and accounting regulations. Data Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of concern.
Senior advocate will be responsible for conducting online search generating search and title reports, vetting of original documents etc., drafting of legal documents i.e.agreement, deed of assignment etc. Should have an experience of English and Marathi Drafting. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Real estate. Skills: Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and Internet is needed. Good working knowledge of English and Marathi. Good interpersonal skills to interact with local authorities with Knowledge of Marathi Preferable. knowledge of state-specific laws,Rules & Regulations knowledge of intellectual Property laws. Effective Management & soft skills. Team Management Oraganisational skill Qualification:LLB Experience: 3+years
