The successful candidate will assist in design development, technical documentation, and project coordination to ensure high-quality architectural solutions are delivered on time and in accordance with client requirements. This role is ideal for someone passionate about architecture, design, and construction, with strong technical skills and an eye for detail. Key Responsibilities Assist architects in developing design concepts, drawings, and presentations. Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models using CAD and BIM software. Support project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design feasibility and compliance with regulations. Assist in project management tasks such as tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables. Conduct research on materials, building codes, and construction methods. Contribute to the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and tender documentation. Support quality control by reviewing drawings, models, and documentation for accuracy and consistency. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in architectural design, drafting, or project support. Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino, or 3ds Max). Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods in Singapore. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills. Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under supervision. Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills Experience with BIM workflows and project collaboration platforms. Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards. Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visualization software for presentations.
