Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Surface Mount Technology (SMT) specialist located in Noida. The SMT specialist will be responsible for setting up and operating SMT equipment, performing maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the quality of soldering processes. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other team members to optimize production workflow and processes. Qualifications Experience in operating and programming SMT machines Knowledge of solder paste printing, component placement, and reflow soldering processes Skills in troubleshooting and maintaining SMT equipment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to work effectively in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred Experience in a similar role within the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus
