You will be working with MOPO Technology Private Limited, a company focused on delivering cutting-edge technology and manufacturing services to a global clientele, including renowned companies like Xiaomi, TDK, Reliance Jio, OPPO, and Vivo. Your primary responsibility as a Surface Mount Technology (SMT) specialist will involve operating and setting up SMT equipment, conducting maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the quality of soldering processes. Collaboration with team members to enhance production efficiency and workflows will also be a crucial part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have experience in the operation and programming of SMT machines, along with a strong grasp of solder paste printing, component placement, and reflow soldering procedures. Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining SMT equipment, the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics, and a solid understanding of electronics manufacturing processes are essential. Attention to detail, a dedication to producing high-quality work, effective teamwork skills, and preferably a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field will be advantageous. Prior experience in a similar role within the electronics manufacturing industry would be beneficial but is not mandatory.,
