Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders: architects, consultants, contractors, and clients. Conduct technical and commercial presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements. Coordinate with internal design and execution teams to ensure timely project delivery. Mentor and guide junior sales staff as needed.
