Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with design, content, production, and strategy teams to bring these experiences to life. Additionally, staying updated with trends, technology, pop culture, and presenting ideas confidently to both internal teams and clients are crucial aspects of the position. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of creative experience in events and branding, along with a talent for storytelling, theme development, and audience-centric thinking. Proficiency in concept note writing, moodboard creation, and brand-aligned narratives are essential, with a bonus for familiarity with event formats, experience design, or pitch presentation tools.
