Your responsibilities will include assisting in design development, mood boarding, and sketching, as well as supporting in draping and styling garments on mannequins and models. You will also help coordinate embroidery swatches, fabric sourcing, and sample development, while collaborating with designers, artisans, and pattern masters in the sampling process. Additionally, you will be involved in fittings, shoot preparations, and design team discussions, gaining valuable insights into the day-to-day workflow of a couture design studio. The ideal candidate for this role is a fashion design student or recent graduate with a keen interest in luxury fashion. You should be eager to learn about draping, high-fashion cuts, embroidery, silhouettes, and styling. Creativity, organization, and proactivity are essential traits for thriving in our fast-paced design environment.
