Key Responsibilities: - Manage the sales process and drive sales closure. - Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout each project. - Oversee the quality and accuracy of design deliverables. - Manage the entire project lifecycle. Expertise Required: - Proficient in design tools, PowerPoint presentations, and AutoCAD. - Experienced in conceptual design (layout, style, mood boards). -Proficient in 3D design softwares- Sketchup/3DS max, and render tools - Skilled in technical design (material knowledge, execution, drawing preparation). - Knowledgeable in modular design (material, aesthetics, functionality, module planning). - Familiar with civil works and services (specifications and installation details). - Experienced in creating Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and coordinating with internal and external agencies. - Sales expertise in closing deals through effective and trustworthy pitches, leading design meetings with clients. Qualifications: - Graduation or relevant diploma with 15 years of academic education. - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Interior Designer. - Proven track record of leading and delivering at least 5 to 6 residential projects.
