Montessori Trained Teacher - Pre-Primary

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate Montessori lessons and activities.
• Prepare and maintain the Montessori learning environment and teaching materials.
• Observe and record each child’s progress and adapt lessons according to their individual needs.
• Encourage independence, self-discipline, and confidence in children.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and support staff to ensure smooth classroom functioning.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Montessori Training Certificate from a recognized institute (AMI/IMTC/NMI or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori/Pre-Primary setup.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Warm, patient, and caring attitude toward young children.
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and teamwork spirit.
