Role & responsibilities - Execute transmission and power distribution line activities as per drawings, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality norms, and safety guidelines. Optimize resource utilization during execution to maintain cost efficiency. Identify and escalate operational risks to the Section In-charge or Works Manager in a timely manner. Collaborate with the Section In-charge or Works Manager to discuss and implement necessary changes or modifications in the daily operations plan. Support the site Plant & Machinery (P&M) team in preparing the Daily Progress Report (DPR) by sharing actual progress data, delay reasons (if any), and other relevant utilization and consumption details. Preferred candidate profile - Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience in transmission and distribution (T&D) line project execution Knowledge of safety and quality standards applicable to infrastructure projects Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work at HO and handle day-to-day operations.

Ensure organizational compliance with statutory environmental, health, and safety laws and standards. Develop, implement, and monitor EHS management systems and policies. Provide technical guidance and support to EHS teams at sites. Preferred candidate profile - 1. Policy & Compliance: Formulate and update EHS policies in line with legal requirements and industry best practices. Ensure adherence to applicable EHS laws, rules, and regulations across all operations. Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments. 2. EHS Training & Awareness: Plan and coordinate EHS training programs for staff and project teams. Promote a safety-first culture through awareness campaigns, posters, and tool-box talks support. 3. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain EHS documentation, such as safety manuals, audit reports, incident logs, etc. Consolidate and analyze EHS performance data from various sites. Prepare periodic reports for senior management and external stakeholders. 4. Risk Management: Identify potential hazards and recommend mitigation measures. Review and approve Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and Risk Assessments received from sites. 5. Site Coordination & Support: Provide technical support to site EHS engineers. Coordinate site inspections and share best practices among different projects. Monitor accident and incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented. 6. Sustainability & Environmental Management: Drive environmental initiatives like waste management, water conservation, and energy efficiency. Monitor emissions, pollution control measures, and ensure proper environmental documentation is in place.
