Essential Responsibilities: Deliver on OKRs and milestones. Mentor junior engineers. Architect and micro-architect end to end design automation for Analog/RF/SiPh designs. Deploy latest design flows, automation, AI solutions and provide training to ensure adoption and continued usage by design teams.
