Hi, I'm looking for a full-time employee (remote) to help with WordPress website builds (WooCommerce / Elementor) and other CMS platforms, such as Webflow. The role also includes maintaining existing client websites by fixing plugin and theme issues. What’s important to me: Reliability & Trust – I should be able to rely on you completely, knowing that any assigned task will be completed to perfection. Technical Skill & Aptitude – Must have excellent skills in WordPress. In general, you should have the ability and willingness to learn and execute new technical skills when needed. Work Hours – Must be available to work 9–10 hours per day and be willing to work late nights if required. Punctuality – Must be present and ready to start work at official start time, and remain available until the end of the shift. Accountability – Keep the reporting manager updated on progress, ask questions immediately if there is any lack of clarity, and inform when taking breaks during working hours. Going Above & Beyond – Be ready to support during emergency issues even outside official working hours.
