Key Responsibilities: Lead delivery of MDM initiatives using the Reltio platform Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and internal platform teams (e.g., APD, Srikanth’s team) Ensure end-to-end delivery: requirement gathering, planning, execution, and support Translate business context into platform configuration (including customer master and pharma-specific data) Provide delivery oversight of configurable scripts (mostly in Java; Python experience may be considered) Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams for timely execution Ensure platform scalability, data quality, and operational support Manage relationships across different client functions to align on goals and priorities Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years in data delivery roles, with at least 3–5 years specifically managing MDM programs Hands-on experience with Reltio is mandatory Deep familiarity with Reltio quirks, configuration, data model, match/merge rules Background in pharma/life sciences industry or customer master data (preferred) Experience with configurable scripting in Java (preferred); flexibility for Python if technically sound Strong understanding of IDP (Intelligent Data Processing) and how it integrates into MDM Excellent communication skills with an ability to liaise across business and technology groups Track record of managing cross-functional teams and vendor resources Delivery-focused mindset: ability to drive outcomes, not just manage tasks Nice to Have: Prior experience supporting Customer or similar large pharma environments Familiarity with additional MDM tools and integration patterns Exposure to regulatory/compliance requirements in pharma (e.g., GDPR, data lineage)

The ideal candidate is a SME in at least one area across the Audio, Visual, Lights (AVL) discipline. The ideal candidate will be part of our AV Event Operations team that provides end-to-end event production including technical coordination, presentation setup and support, AV/VC services, streaming, and management. The ideal candidate should have strong problem solving skills, deep technical production knowledge (in one discipline across the AVL spectrum), exposure to installed audio-visual systems, with a background in Live Events. Job Responsibilities: Operate and maintain professional AVL equipment, being a SME in Sound Engineering / Vision Mixing, Lighting and/or Display management/ calibration Responsible for the technical workflow and process beyond the scope of SME Provides technical consultations for all upcoming Events. Act as an Operator for all events, executing on the technical brief and cue list to crew as necessary. Reports to Operations Lead. Assist with pulling, staging & strike of AV equipment as necessary. Oversees and troubleshoots all aspects of signal flow in the Event environment Able to troubleshoot and escalate as necessary with the proper diagnostics and information. Take on tasks in special projects as outlined by Supervisor and executes them within agreed timeline. Assist in the conduct of weekly preventative maintenance across the venue to ensure equipment serviceability. Able to appreciate the Coordinator’s workflow in scheduling events. Assist to ensure all entries and schedules are updated on their calendars and in synced with the Event Tool. Being able to demonstrates technical aptitude to learn and take on other responsibilities operationally across the AVL spectrum within the venue. Adheres to Operational and Technical SOPs Assist to develop Technical SOPs for the venue in the area of expertise. Develop clear documentation to educate teams on best practices and mitigating risk in our operational environment within their expertise. Open to regular training's and refreshers. Be able to act as principal trainer in their field of expertise. Qualifications / Skills: Minimum two (2) years of technical & operational knowledge with audio visual equipment in a live event setting, demonstrating proficiency in at least two areas across audio, video, lighting and projection disciplines. Experience with technical challenges and problem-solving needs in an event production environment (in their relevant discipline). Able to read and understand AV system diagrams and processes significant knowledge of technical event support system architectures (in their relevant discipline). Ability to take direction well. Have an appreciation of various live events formats and how to execute them flawlessly. Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and is highly motivated and communicative. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate within a diverse, cross-functional team. Able to communicate difficult and sensitive information tactfully.
