Monitoring Officer

As a Surveillance Monitoring Officer at Stream Perfect Global Services, your primary responsibility will be to monitor multiple CCTV camera feeds across various client sites in real-time. You will be required to detect and report unusual or suspicious activities following client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintaining clear, concise, and accurate logs of events and daily activities will be crucial. In case of incidents, you will escalate them to the appropriate contact or emergency services based on predefined escalation protocols. Ensuring compliance with all security procedures and protocols is a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating incident reports, communicating timely with relevant stakeholders, providing video footage and evidence for incident investigations, and performing system health checks on monitoring equipment while promptly reporting technical issues. Upholding confidentiality and data protection standards is imperative. To succeed in this role, prior experience in CCTV monitoring, control room operations, or security operations is preferred. You should possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to respond quickly to incidents. Familiarity with video management systems (VMS) and basic computer operations is desirable. Being willing to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and demonstrating commitment to confidentiality, data protection, and company ethics policies are essential.
