You are required for the position of Plant Maintenance Manager at our client's organization, a manufacturer of Automotive and Industrial products. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting all HPDC & Utility equipment, ensuring the uptime of PDC Machines, handling hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and managing power consumption effectively. You will be responsible for monitoring equipment inventory, placing orders when necessary, controlling maintenance expenses, and adhering to the budget. Maintenance tasks will extend to existing plant buildings, service facilities like DG set, stores, Security guard cabin, and machineries. Your key responsibilities will also involve increasing the time between failures of PDC machines (MTBF), reducing the time for machine repairs (MTTR), minimizing breakdown time, maintaining instruction manuals, and manufacturing guidelines for each machine. You will be expected to meet Quality Objectives, focusing on Target Maintenance Cost and continuously monitor project improvements. Localization of spares, ensuring zero accidents in the department, and maintaining records of MTBF and MTTF are critical aspects of the role. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a DME/BE Mechanical Degree with 15 to 20 years of experience in Plant Maintenance specifically related to HPDC. Hands-on experience with equipment such as Extractors, Tower type furnace, Electrical holding furnace, shot blasting machines, and air compressor is essential.
