We are hiring Maintenance Engineer at Nipro India Corporation Pvt Ltd Qualification : DME/BE Mechanical or Electrical Experience: 4 - 5 years in maintenance activities, preferably in a process or radiation plant Roles and responsibilities: 1. Operate the facility as per written instructions and standard operating procedures. 2. Attend breakdowns, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions. 3. Assist in servicing, maintenance, and testing of safety systems. 4. Report any unusual occurrences or suspected radiation exposure to the FIC and RSO, and seek guidance for remedial actions. 5. Conduct operational checks prior to each startup of the Gamma radiation processing plant. 6. Remain present in the control room at all times when the Gamma radiation processing plant is operational 7. Ensure accurate and complete entries in the operating logbook 8. Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) activities of the Gamma Plant. 9. Maintain inventory of all required spares for the plant. 10. Immediately report any system malfunction or deviation in operating parameters to the RSO. Job Summary: The Solar O&M Technician is responsible for the operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime. This includes scheduled maintenance, corrective actions, inspections, and system monitoring, ensuring safety, compliance, and maximum energy production. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on solar PV systems, including inverters, combiner boxes, trackers, and monitoring equipment. Troubleshoot, test, repair, and replace electrical components to resolve system issues. Monitor system performance using SCADA or other remote monitoring platforms and respond to alarms or performance drops. Conduct inspections and reporting of site conditions, equipment status, and production data. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards (e.g., NEC, OSHA). Complete and maintain detailed service records, reports, and documentation. Support commissioning of new installations and upgrades. Collaborate with engineering, asset management, and other technical teams as needed. Qualifications: Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required; technical diploma or associate degree in electrical, electronics, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in solar PV maintenance or equivalent electrical fieldwork. Experience with utility-scale or commercial PV systems preferred. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of DC and AC electrical systems, solar inverters, and data monitoring systems. Familiar with electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and troubleshooting tools (e.g., multimeters, thermal cameras). Competent in the use of hand and power tools. Ability to interpret data and resolve system issues independently. Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory): NABCEP PV Associate or Technician Certification OSHA 10/30 Certification CPR/First Aid Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Training
