This full-time in-office position requires 1-3 years of experience. **What You'll Be Doing:** - Setting up and managing 50+ domains and 100+ email inboxes for cold outreach purposes. - Connecting all inboxes to sending tools like Instantly, Smartlead, etc. - Monitoring deliverability, bounce rates, and spam issues to address and resolve them promptly. - Ensuring the delivery of emails to inboxes instead of spam folders. - Maintaining the smooth operation of the system and handling technical challenges effectively. - Conducting regular tests to evaluate the system's performance. - (Optional) Utilizing your skills in writing or editing cold email copy as a bonus. **You Should Have:** - Previous hands-on experience in managing cold email systems at scale. - In-depth knowledge of email warmup procedures, spam triggers, and domain health. - Ability to troubleshoot issues swiftly during drops in deliverability. - Experience in domain buying and email inbox purchasing. - Familiarity with tools such as DNS settings, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox warmers, etc. - Strong attention to detail and reliability in overseeing a complex system. - Proficiency in working with tools like Instantly.ai and Smartlead.ai.
