Train, guide, and monitor service staff to maintain quality and efficiency. Coordinate between the kitchen and service team for timely food delivery. Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and event setups. Monitor hygiene, safety, and grooming standards in the service areas. Maintain inventory of service equipment and requisition supplies as needed. Prepare shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing. Salary Range (India Institutional/Hotel/Catering) Will be discussed during interview. Experience Required 2 to 5 years in F&B service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Experience in hotels, restaurants, banquets, or institutional catering preferred. Educational Qualification Minimum Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality . Candidates with strong experience but without formal qualification may also be considered.
